Can I get a refund if I didn't use my ticket? |
In most cases, yes. If you only used the one-way of a round-trip ticket, the refund is less the one-way fare. Tickets purchased at Boston Express terminals can be refunded, unless the ticket specifically states "No Refund." If you used a credit card to purchase ticket(s), be sure to have that credit card available. If you are unsure what type of ticket you have, call the Information Center at 1-800-639-8080. A refund application may need to be submitted if you have a manual ticket or if our corporate office needs to issue the refund. Please be advised that refunds submitted in this manner can take up to two weeks for processing.
