No pets are allowed on the bus, even in carriers. Customers with disabilities accompanied by a service animal are welcome.
Please note that it is illegal to represent a pet as a service animal. This is punishable with a fine up to $1200 (NH Law RSA 167-D:8). REMINDER: Per the Americans with Disabilities Act, emotional support animals are not service animals.
Service animals is any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, including, but not limited to, guiding individuals with impaired vision, alerting individuals with impaired hearing to intruders or sounds, providing minimal protection or rescue work, pulling a wheelchair, or fetching dropped items. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
