Our 10-ride commuter pass is perfect for anyone traveling to Boston’s South Station or Logan Airport at least twice a week, on average. This pass provides 10 one-way rides (5 round-trips).
Commuter passes can be purchased at any of our NH locations and South Station. Passes are valid for travel to South Station and/or Logan Airport. All commuter passes are for one traveler only. This traveler’s name is imprinted on the ticket at the time of purchase and cannot be used for multiple people traveling in a group. Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the person whose name is on the ticket. Commuter passes can be purchased in person or online.

All half-fare discounted tickets must be purchased in person and are not available via our online store. Half-fare cards are issued to eligible participants (65+ just need to show ID – no application needed) and must be presented at the time of ticket purchase, along with a valid ID, in order to receive the discount. Discounted fares are only available for passengers traveling to/from a Boston Express terminal (North Londonderry, Salem NH, Nashua and Tyngsboro MA). Please note that we do not have a ticketing terminal at our Tyngsboro stop – call our Information Center for assistance. Half-fare pricing is based upon one-way fares and there is a one-time purchase limit of 10 one-way or 5 round trip tickets.
Seniors (65 years of age or older on the date of purchase) are not required to fill out the application but will need to present ID when purchasing ticket to verify you are at least 65 years of age.
Medicare cardholders and persons with disabilities are eligible to receive the discounted half-fare rate upon completion of the half-fare eligibility form and receiving their half-fare card from Boston Express. To receive a half-fare eligibility card, print and fill out the Half-Fare Application Form, or you may request an application at any Boston Express terminal.
Contact Boston Express at 1-800-639-8080 (TTY Relay: 711 or 1-800-735-2964) with any questions or concerns regarding the half-fare program. Half-fare cards are mailed to eligible participants within 7 business days of receipt of completed application.
Show a valid non-expired student photo ID card at the time of purchase and you can receive our “Student” fare, available for both South Station and Logan Airport tickets. Discounted student fares would not apply to the same-day round-trip ticket. Student tickets must be purchased in person at a terminal with the appropriate ID.

To receive your discount, please show proof of service (military identification card, Driver’s license with military logo, DD-214 card) to obtain your “Military” fare ticket. All military discounted tickets must be purchased in person and are not available via our online store. Please note that spouse/dependent military cards do not qualify for this fare. Gift Certificates can be purchased in person at our full-service ticket counters. Gift Certificates are not available for purchase over the phone.
FINE PRINT:
Boston Express Bus Gift Certificates are good indefinitely*, can be for any amount, and can only be used on Boston Express Bus scheduled service (including the schedules operated by Concord Coach Lines for Boston Express). Ticket fares are deducted from the balance on the gift certificate. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the recipient must pay the remaining balance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. There is a $500 per month limit on the purchase of gift certificates. The recipient of the gift certificate must travel with a valid form of ID. If the certificate is intended for a child without a form of ID or is 12-15 years old traveling without an adult, then a parent or guardian must be present at the time of ticket issue. Please visit Policies and Procedures for more information on valid forms of ID and child policies. *Once the gift certificate has been redeemed and a ticket(s) is issued, the ticket is valid only until the expiration date printed on the ticket.
