As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, Boston Express has suspended all operations until further notice (effective March 28, 2020).

Questions about your tickets?
As a reminder, one-way tickets are valid for 90 days, and round-trip tickets are valid for 1 year, which means you may travel any day or time until the expiration date. If you are using the tickets within that time frame, there is no need to return/exchange them even if there is a different time noted on the ticket – just print out your boarding pass and present it to the driver when you are ready to travel. If you are seeking a refund for tickets purchased online or in-person (including Commuter Packs) – please call Information Center or submit your order information via the Contact Form to make arrangements for a credit.

All inquiries are answered Monday through Friday by a representative from Boston Express during the business day. For questions about schedules or fares, please note that our website contains up-to-date information and can often answer your question quicker than an email.

When emailing, please provide the following: Location you are traveling from, location you are traveling to and the date you plan to travel.

Customer feedback is always welcome and we appreciate those passengers who take the time to let us know what was good or what can be improved. Emails that include complaints or concerns will be forwarded to the appropriate department. Once a complaint or concern has been reviewed and investigated, we will send a reply. Please allow us additional time for this procedure.
